Balance Challenge 22 - 26 Nov 2021

This is a fun challenge for any age and fitness level - not difficult yet effective. 
A few simple exercises will help strengthen key muscles and prepare you for the exertions of the upcoming holidays and travels. The better your balance, the lower the risk of hurting yourself. And of course, there'll be brain exercises too.
The format is a daily post and video with instructions, tips and motivation. Give it a go!
