      b) create a strategy that you'll be confident of implementing in your current life situation to manage your stressors, & ;et up easy sustainable habits as a foundation to your ongoing well-being. 
      c) conduct a goal-setting mindset session using a leading edge neuroscience-based technique and aromatherapy to reduce stress and overcome blocks that are holding you back from reaching your goals. 

3) A Personalised Wellness Plan in pdf format with the strategy and mindset solutions that we develop together to focus on the areas that have the most optimal impact on your well-being.

How we will work together with me as your Coach

With me as your coach, you will get much-needed clarity on your current baseline and how to kickstart your wellness journey to start transforming your life, without having to share anything that you don't want to - this is not therapy and I won’t be diagnosing medical conditions. I will guide and facilitate your breakthrough through active listening, honesty, and empathy, drawing on my 30+ years of client support and  analysing information to develop client solutions. 
To kick down the limiting beliefs and negative thoughts that are holding you back from reaching your goals, we will use aromatherapy and a powerful neuroscience-based technique that has been proven effective for thousands of people globally.
Be aware that these sessions may uncover layers of suppressed memories and emotions that cannot all be resolved in 30 days. 
There will be 3 online 1:1 coaching sessions totalling 4 hours (2x90 min + 1x 60-min session in the middle). Please reach out to me if you prefer 4x60 min  sessions instead.  

In between, you may reach out to me by email, or Facebook Messenger for urgent questions (I don't want you to feel stuck at anytime at all).  I will respond within 24 hours, usually sooner.
